opportunities, from small group training to private mat Pilates sessions to
one-to-one personal training.
Pilates Personal Training: Private sessions conducted one on one with
a trainer, allowing the trainer to meet your specific needs and goals.
Sessions are approximately 55 minutes in length.
One-to-One Personal Training: Studies show that individuals who work
with a personal trainer see results faster, feel motivated, and are more
likely to attain their fitness goals. Don’t just follow any fitness program
