If you are returning to an exercise program, or have been following a program on your own but seeing little result, the services of a personal trainer can be a great way to increase motivation, develop manageable fitness goals, and achieve faster results. An OakTree certified personal trainer will lead you through a thorough assessment of your fitness level and design a program to fit your specific needs. The studio offers a variety of personal training opportunities, from small group training to private mat Pilates sessions to one-to-one personal training.

Pilates Personal Training: Private sessions conducted one on one with a trainer, allowing the trainer to meet your specific needs and goals. Sessions are approximately 55 minutes in length.

One-to-One Personal Training: Studies show that individuals who work with a personal trainer see results faster, feel motivated, and are more likely to attain their fitness goals. Don’t just follow any fitness program – do one designed with your body and your goals in mind. A certified personal trainer will lead you through a thorough fitness assessment and create a balanced program you can live with, and stick with!

Small Group Training: The best of both worlds! Work with a trainer in small groups of 4-8 participants. Get individualized attention at a more affordable price. Different offerings throughout the year, including Pilates: The Men’s Class, Pilates for the Outdoor Athlete, Post-Natal conditioning, Workout for Weight Loss, or get your own group together and give us a call!
