• New! TRX Intro class! 4-week session on Monday nights begins March 8th at 6:30pm - This class is for injury-free folks who want to try TRX training for the first time, or for those who have a TRX but would like to learn some new exercises and challenge themselves
• Zumba Latin Dance - with Stacie Paradis begins March 10th and runs to April 14th. It is a 45-minute class running 5pm to 5:45pm - 6 week series $45, drop-in $10
• NEW Music Video Dance Camps - Music Video Dance Camps are 6-week sessions that break down the choreography of your favorite music videos for you to easily learn. No dance experience is required...a readiness to have fun is! Learn Michael Jackson's "Thriller" prowl! Sundays from January 31st to March 7thTime: 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm
